In breaking news, the Supreme Court just agreed to hear a case that could reverse the defunding of millions of dollars from Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood’s just-released report is absolutely shocking – a record 354,871 abortions committed in the last year. At the same time, the abortion giant took another $618 million in taxpayer funding – a record high.

Now, President Biden has taken Executive action to directly fund abortion internationally. He also took an Executive action with the goal of giving $60 million dollars BACK TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD.

We have fought through the courts, defending the pro-life federal rule that defunded millions from Planned Parenthood – and won.

Now the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case. This is huge.

But do we expect the pro-abortion Biden Administration to defend this pro-life rule? Don’t count on it. The ACLJ is needed NOW MORE THAN EVER to defeat Planned Parenthood and defend unborn babies.

We are preparing to file a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend the defunding of millions from Planned Parenthood. We are literally the last line of defense in court. But we need YOU.
