No one likes to talk about the bills, but it costs a lot to keep our movement work going – especially since we’re funded by grassroots supporters like yourself, instead of corporate PACs.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, we have had to start investing in more digital tools to help our team stay connected, and to make sure Ro can reach his constituents and supporters.

But these tools can get expensive. We’ve emailed you about why the work Ro does in Congress is so important quite a bit this month, but we’re still barely halfway to our monthly donation goal – and there are only 5 days left in the month.

We need your help to push us over the finish line.

Our team pays at least $12,000 a month just to stay connected. Here’s a rough breakdown of where some of those costs are coming from:

• The tool we use to collect donations from grassroots supporters like you: $1,000
• The tool our field team uses to help turn out the vote every election: $500
• The tool that helps Ro virtually connect with his constituents and supporters: $250
• Other miscellaneous tools and programs we need to make all our programs run smoothly: at least $5,250

We know, $12,000 may sound like a lot. But that’s where our grassroots supporters come in.
