While millions of Americans are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, we know that vaccines don't save lives -- vaccinations do.

The U.S. has lagged behind many other countries in distribution, and the Biden administration has been increasing weekly allocations. We are in the midst of one of the most important public health campaigns in American history. This is especially true as the U.S. just passed 500,000 COVID deaths.

So, Diana is leading efforts in the House to assess the manufacturing process to address these challenges and get folks vaccinated. Today, she oversaw a hearing with executives of drug companies that are manufacturing COVID-19 vaccines to get to the bottom of the inadequate rollout.

Right now, only 14 percent of the U.S. population has received at least one vaccine dose, whereas 70 to 80 percent is needed to neutralize COVID-19 spread. Diana is working hard to find solutions to increase that number, and she needs your support, John.
