Friend,
On November 12, the Supreme Court will hear arguments on the Trump Administration’s plan to terminate DACA. The stakes for the Supreme Court’s decision are extremely high and will impact families across every part of the country.
While DACA has repeatedly been ruled lawful by federal courts, we hope the Supreme Court will rule in our favor — and we need you to stand with Dreamers today.
That’s why we’re working now to support the hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as children, and whose lives and livelihoods are at risk if DACA is terminated. We will need your help to share stories and help shape the conversation around DACA and its impact. We need to make sure DACA recipients renew while the program is still available.
In the coming weeks, your involvement will be crucial. We need you to stand with Dreamers now and in the days ahead.

If the Supreme Court agrees with the lower courts’ decisions, nearly 700,000 young people who were brought to the United States as children would be able to continue to legally work, attend school, and support their families, as Dreamers have been doing for the past seven years since the DACA program began.
But if the Supreme Court allows the Trump Administration to have its way, DACA recipients, their families — including the 256,000 U.S. citizen children of DACA recipients — our communities, and the economy will face severe consequences.
With so much at stake, we do not have time to waste. In the coming weeks, we will need your help sharing Dreamer stories and shaping the conversation to show Dreamers that we will stand with them no matter what.
Pledge your support and send a message to Dreamers: we will stand with you in the crucial weeks ahead. ([link removed])
Nine Supreme Court justices will now decide the fate of nearly 700,000 undocumented immigrants who came to this country as children. They should reject the Trump Administration’s efforts to terminate this program and put hundreds of thousands of people who grew up in this country at risk to be deported.
Thank you for standing up for immigrants and their families today,
Alida Garcia
