4. Vaccine Safety Fraud: Would Parents Vaccinate If They Knew?

The CT Freedom Alliance, LLC has begun fundraising efforts for a federal lawsuit in the event that the religious exemption to mandatory vaccinations is repealed in CT (which unfortunately seems like a very likely possibility at this point). Renowned Attorney Norm Pattis has agreed to take the entire case for the modest sum of $25,000. That includes any appeals that would be filed, up through and including the U.S. Supreme Court. We have set a goal of $35,000 to cover additional costs associated with litigation, as well as the fees charged by the fundraising platform.
If we are successful in this lawsuit, vaccine choice and medical freedom could be permanently protected not only in Connecticut, but throughout the United States. If we were to win at the Supreme Court, the precedent would be binding everywhere. While we of course cannot guarantee victory, please know that this is the goal of the lawsuit, i.e., to obtain a decision that would once and for all proclaim that states cannot infringe on religious freedom in the name of "the greater good."
