Hi Team --
I want to make sure you hear from me how excited I am about my Committee assignments in the 117th Congress. First, I am honored to serve on the House Education and Labor Committee, including the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions and also the Subcommittee on Civil Rights and Human Services.
I also am honored to serve on the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee and that I was elected to serve as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Technology Modernization.
I am ready to use all the experiences and people I have assisted in Northwest Indiana throughout my career in the work of these Committees. I will continue to fight for good-paying union jobs, improved services and technology for our veterans, and making sure our teachers and children are safe in school.
It’s time to get to work in Congress to make sure the people of our district are better off than they were before. Can I count on you to chip in to my campaign to help me continue this necessary work in Congress?
As we move forward in the 117th Congress, I am ready to get to work with the Subcommittee on Technology Modernization to ensure that every veteran is getting the care they deserve, and that we conduct appropriate oversight of the $16 billion electronic health record modernization project.
There are great challenges as well for labor organizations and our public schools, and I will continue to make sure the voice of teachers, students, and all workers is heard before the House Education and Labor Committee.
It is past time we get to work to support opportunities for everyone and the dignity of all workers. Can I count on you to chip in to my campaign to help me continue this necessary work in Congress?
In solidarity,
Frank
