This week is FFA Week! As a fervent advocate for American agriculture, I am so grateful for the FFA and the important role they play in the lives of our younger generation.

The future of agriculture depends on the work we do TODAY - investing in future generations of Texan farmers and supporting the farmers who need it NOW.

With the important work of organizations like the FFA, many hard-working farmers across our state have been able to develop and maintain successful operations. The education and resources provided by the FFA will have a great impact in shaping the next generation of American agriculture.

As a Southeast Texan, I understand the importance of agriculture for families, jobs, and trade. That is why I remain dedicated to growing our Agricultural sector and improving our area’s economic future.

Thank you for standing by me, our farmers, and the future of Texas.
