Arizona leads country with 'voter suppression' bills, institute finds

With the Arizona legislative session just getting underway, Arizona Republicans have already filed 19 different voter suppression bills!

Unable to accept that Joe Biden won Arizona, GOP lawmakers are trying to make it harder for Arizonans to vote.

The Republican-proposed bills would:
Eliminate Arizona's vote-by-mail program (PEVL)
Make it harder to request an absentee ballot
Implement stricter voter ID requirements
Give the legislature the power to OVERTURN the election results
While Republican lawmakers are trying to make voting harder for people of color, Native Americans, and seniors, Democrats are fighting back with pro-democracy bills.

We must defeat all the Republicans who are looking to dismantle our democracy. Arizona Democrats are trying to raise $1,000 by midnight to help elect pro-democracy candidates in 2022. Will you pitch in $15 to help defeat anti-democracy Republicans?
