Twitter, Facebook, and Google/YouTube may have knowingly and intentionally violated their terms of service by publicly claiming their services were neutral platforms when in fact they are not. And we have seen the censorious result. Friends and commentators banned, posts blocked, entire Facebook pages… shut down. Free speech stifled through what appears to be arbitrary and unevenly applied trade practices.
