Here's another one for the conspiracy FACT file.

For years mocked as the realm of crazy conspiracy theorists, it turns
out that China, the US, and UAE all do in fact have publicly
acknowledged weather modification programs to "seed" clouds with rain or
snow. Of course, we're sure that the research will be used only for
benevolent reasons.
