That's why she introduced the Education for New Dispositions on Stigma (END Stigma) Act.

Addiction is a devastating disease. Once we eliminate the stigma for those struggling with substance use disorder, we can better focus on the treatment and recovery for these individuals.

Illicit drug use disorder is the most stigmatized health condition in the world, and the END Stigma Act would establish a university grant program to educate students on treatment options for those affected.
