Ernst stood by Trump's tax scam, voting to give corporations and the wealthy billions in tax cuts while Iowa's middle class and farmers suffered. She stood with him again when Trump attempted to repeal the Affordable Care Act. And she was "very proud" to stand with him again as Trump and Mitch McConnell worked to defund Planned Parenthood.
