Just a few weeks ago, Gavin Newsom officially appointed Alex Padilla to fill the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Kamala Harris. As California's Secretary of State, Padilla did very little to protect California voters. Alex Padilla was an outspoken advocate for allowing 17-year-olds to vote, not purging the voter rolls, and motor voter law.
We cannot forget that Padilla is a long term Newsom ally. As a Senator, there is no doubt Padilla will continue to push his left-wing agenda into law.
