Between Los Angeles, the Bay Area and what’s happening in Sacramento, there’s a lot going on in California’s gun world – and these news items promise to keep Gun Owners busier than ever. Senator Dianne Feinstein is emboldened by a Biden presidency, the Oakland Police Chief warns Chinatown residents not to buy guns, and LA slashes school police budgets in favor of “climate coaches!” LA also decided to sue a popular gun parts manufacturer under the ridiculous theory of “constructive possession” which means if you can build it, then it’s a functioning firearm – regardless of whether it’s assembled or not. Crazy stuff…
Last Friday was the deadline for bill introduction at the State Capitol and shocker! The Hefty Lefties are at it again – they have reintroduced the awful gun tax bill and more. We have a new, updated list of bad gun bills HERE (and some good ones) we are tracking.
