We're making serious progress in California's COVID recovery.

Cases are down, positivity rates are down, hospitalizations are down, ICU usage is down -- and vaccinations are up.

We've built the infrastructure where the only constraint to increasing vaccination rates is supply. And when the federal government increases it, we'll be ready.

But it's not just a health crisis we're working to end -- we must continue supporting families and small businesses struggling economically during this pandemic.

This week, CA became the only state in the nation to announce a $9.5 billion economic relief package that will include our very own $600 stimulus checks to nearly 6 million Californians, tax cuts for 3/4 of a million small businesses and $2 billion of grants for restaurants, barbershops and more. And we're just getting started.
