Friends,
For years we have rung the alarm about the treatment of undocumented people and immigrants at the hands of ICE and CBP — of the abuse, torture, and even death by these cruel white supremacist agencies.
Now, a year into a once-in-a-century pandemic, the toll of ICE and CBP on our communities is more clear than ever. Lack of adequate treatment and rampant unsanitary conditions means that our people locked up in detention camps are uniquely vulnerable to the COVID-19 crisis. There is no evidence to suggest either of these agencies are willing to treat detainees with even baseline human decency.
We’re the largest group of youth-led immigrants leading the fight to abolish ICE and CBP, and we need your help. Our organizing is fueled by grassroots donations from supporters just like you to emails just like this one, so I’m asking for your help today. Will you make a donation to United We Dream Action today to help fund our fight to defund and abolish ICE and CBP?

The COVID-19 crisis has only exposed what we already knew to be true about ICE and CBP: the cruelty against immigrants and undocumented people is by design — it’s not a flaw of the system, it’s the point.
We must continue to fight for our people locked in a Hell of our own government’s making, demand the release of all undocumented immigrants everywhere, and put an end to amoral treatment of our people — especially during a global pandemic.
Your contribution of any amount today will immediately go towards supporting one of our campaigns aimed at freeing our communities from the threat of illness, deportation, or death at the hands of rogue government agencies ICE and CBP. Thanks for anything you can chip in.
