NLC fellows and alumni often refer to our community as the #NLCFamily. It’s not often we find a space with like-minded people who share the same core values of equity, fairness and community as those who are our NLC Institute cohort. Rarely do we get the chance to sit with others to share our vision for ourselves and our vision for our community. Through NLC’s six-month, intensive training program, you will learn the skills necessary to make lasting community change. From fundraising to public speaking, from management to policy, the NLC Institute gives you the skills needed to run for public office, start a non-profit, or launch a business.
