People are talking about our campaign all over the country – and it’s because it’s clear that Jagmeet and our candidates are in it for them. The things Jagmeet and our NDP Team are talking about are resonating with people. Like our commitment to bring Dentacare to every Canadian so that no one has to miss a visit to the dentist because of cost. And our plan to expand health care so that every person can access the mental health, vision, and seniors’ care they need – including pharmacare for all.

From the communities Jagmeet is visiting on tour, to our plans to make life more affordable for families, Canadians are coming out in the hundreds to every stop, every town hall, and every event to show their support. People are paying attention – and are ready to make different choices this election, together.

Yesterday, Jagmeet and our NDP Teams joined millions of Canadians to march for our future. Our planet is in crisis and Canadians deserve leaders who are taking climate change seriously. Together, we have the power to change – and take action to protect our land, air, and water now. Learn more about our plan to end massive subsidies to big oil and gas companies, create 300,000 new jobs for a clean economy, and take immediate steps to build a sustainable future for generations.

Canadians are facing some of the highest housing costs ever – and we know people need immediate relief now.That's why Jagmeet announced our rental subsidy to help almost 500,000 families pay their rent up to $5,000 per year – because being able to afford your home shouldn't feel like a luxury. This week, Jagmeet met with victims of flooding in Gatineau and pledged to end all fossil fuel subsidies on day one of an NDP government. And while Justin Trudeau promised a one-time camping bonus, Jagmeet announced a long-term coastal protection fund to keep our waterways, shorelines, and oceans diverse and vibrant places for marine animals, salmon, and wildlife to flourish.
