We can’t hide from the facts.
There are still sitting members of Congress who helped incite the violence of the Capitol last month. One of those members, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green, lost her committee assignments because of it.
We have to take a multifaceted approach to fighting against the hate still present on Capitol Hill. First, we have to continue to advance progressive legislation with our new majority to reverse the damage from the last four years of the Republican majority. Second, we must work with Ro to overcome these members’ hate and continue to hold them accountable.
To do that, we need your support to make sure Ro can keep working in Congress to do everything we can against leaders, like Marjorire Taylor Greene, and their dangerous agendas. Can you make a donation right now to keep up this work?
The attack on the Capitol was one of the darkest days in American history — and there are still people holding the honor of a seat in Congress who still support the challenging of election results and the insurrection.
As we heal as a nation, we have to remain united against this antagonism. We have to remain focused on our plan to bring about meaningful, lasting change with progressive policies we have been working towards for years.
Together,
Team Ro
