At his town hall in Milwaukee on Tuesday, President Biden set a new landmark: COVID-19 vaccines will be available for everyone who wants them by the end of July.

The prediction came as his administration closed a deal on 200 million more doses of the vaccine, ensuring the US will have enough supply to inoculate every American adult. (Vaccine safety trials for children are ongoing right now.)

But as Biden points out, making the vaccines available is one thing -- there are plenty of people who have refused to take them altogether.
