In case you missed it, Gov. Evers officially unveiled his 2021-2023 state budget on Tuesday night, which includes proposals that will make it easier for Wisconsinites to vote, legalize marijuana, and make prescription drugs more affordable.

This legislation has already received bipartisan support, and will ensure that Wisconsin bounces back from the devastation of the COVID-19 pandemic -- which is why we're calling it the "Badger Bounceback".

Everyone here at WisDems is so excited about this new budget, but, after 2019's budget was largely rejected by Republicans like Speaker Robin Vos, we know it will only be enacted if the state legislature steps up, puts aside petty politics, and supports this bill for Wisconsinites.

That's why we want to prove to Speaker Vos and GOP legislators that this budget is exactly what we need right now. Click here to add your name to show your support right now. We need as many names as possible to help make the point. →

From taking swift action on climate change to investing in long-term care infrastructure and mental health resources -- this proposal is crucial to helping Wisconsin through this pandemic and on towards better futures.

Gov. Evers is committed to helping everyday Wisconsinites, but history shows that the Wisconsin GOP could put petty politics and partisan games over Wisconsin's future -- and that would be dangerous for everyone.

Click here to show your support for Governor Evers' budget right now, and demand that the Wisconsin GOP and Republican legislators do the right thing and back this budget to move our state forward →
