Reagan ended the "Fairness" Doctrine and unleashed Rush ([link removed]
In honor of Rush Limbaugh (1951–2021), we reposted some of our past reporting on the "Fairness" Doctrine.Free speech is fine, except when it needs to be rationed--according to the leftist advocates of the "Fairness Doctrine." Finding the policy stifled free speech, the Reagan administration abandoned it in 1987 and, because of what Rush unleashed afterwards, the Left has wanted to reinstate it ever since. How much money will Biden's Justice Department funnel to left-wing nonprofits? ([link removed]
On day one, President Joseph Biden signed an executive order directing a review of numerous policies related to climate change and the environment. One such review involves possibly reviving a controversial Justice Department practice that lets the feds funnel monies from settlement agreements to outside nonprofits. In the Obama administration, the Justice Department sent nearly $1 billion in these slush fund payments to left-wing groups. CRC's Robert Stilson reveals the possibilities here ([link removed]
Will Arizona ban private funding of its election offices by the likes of Mark Zuckerberg? ([link removed]
I just testified to the Arizona state legislature on problems with Mark Zuckerberg's $350 million in funding to the Center for Tech and Civic Life, which re-granted the money to government election offices in dozens of states, including theirs, in ways that look to have boosted Democratic turnout for President Biden. Next week the legislature votes whether to ban such funding in future. Watch my testimony here ([link removed]
How does the $800 million Tides Foundation turn out votes for Democrats? ([link removed]
The "dark money" heavyweight Tides Foundation ([link removed] which pioneered the hiding of money trails decades ago, receives almost a billion dollars a year. CRC's Hayden Ludwig exposes how it sends cash to left-leaning groups like the Voter Registration Project ([link removed] Rock the Vote ([link removed] and the Black Voters Matter Fund ([link removed] which exploit IRS nonprofit rules to register new voters in Democratic-leaning areas that helped deliver battleground states to President Biden. How big is the Lincoln Project dumpster fire? ([link removed]
The Lincoln Project ([link removed] ostensibly a political action committee (PAC) run by disaffected, high-powered Republican political consultants, raked in millions of dollars from big-shot Democratic donors and PACs during the 2020 election cycle. Since the election, the mainstream media has suddenly begun negative reporting on the Lincoln Project. At least two co-founders have resigned after 21 men accused co-founder John Weaver of harassment. A surprising amount of Lincoln Project money went to companies controlled by its leaders. CRC's Michael Watson reports here ([link removed]

Freedom of Association ([link removed] this episode ([link removed] we discuss an issue that is well known to those involved in political giving, but perhaps not as well known to the average voter. She recently wrote a very sharp op-ed on the subject , "Freedom of Association Is Under Attack. Will the Supreme Court Protect It?
