John -- Republicans in the Senate refused to hold Donald Trump accountable for his role in the January 6th insurrection.

So now Democrats are filing criminal lawsuits against him:

Leading House Democrat sues Donald Trump under a post-Civil War law for conspiracy to incite US Capitol riot
We need to hold Trump accountable and make it very clear that if you incite a violent insurrection, you WILL face consequences.

But we need to know if the lawsuit has support from Democrats in D.C. first.
