First, Donald Trump incited a deadly white supremacist mob to charge the U.S. Capitol and directly assault our democracy.

Then, Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Lindsey Graham, and the rest of Trump's loyalists in the Senate acquitted Trump for his crimes and told the American people to “move on” from the insurrection.

Now, Trump is spewing attacks left and right, claiming that “Mitch is a dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack, and if Republican Senators are going to stay with him, they will not win again” while promising that his MAGA movement has only just begun.

But New York Attorney General Letitia James has had enough with right-wing Republicans evading responsibility. As the first woman of color to ever hold her position in New York, Letitia James is no stranger to a challenge and she has opened up multiple investigations against Trump.

In her words: “no one is above the law.”
