Right now all of my fellow House members -- including me -- are facing a major FEC deadline at the end of this month. After the deadline hits, fundraising reports will become public for the press, the pundits, and any opponents to see.

But I’m not reaching out to you today to raise money for myself or just any election. I’m reaching out because my friend Anthony Brindisi is one of the top three most vulnerable members of Congress and he needs your help to make his crucially important FEC goal.

Last year, Anthony was able to flip one of the toughest seats in the House and unseat a special interest-backed politician. Since then, he’s brought that same determination to Washington -- proving himself to be a tireless public servant. He may have only been in office for a couple of months, but he’s already made a name for himself as a strong advocate for working families, small businesses and improving our healthcare.
