One thing we mention a lot on this website is concurrent disasters. Rarely do we just have one aspect to deal with during a natural disaster and the one in Texas is no different.

Texas is facing weather that is totally out of the norm, so it's little wonder that there are issues. Fresh on the heels of rolling blackouts due to frigid temperatures and a grid that couldn't handle demand, Texas residents are now facing "overwhelmed" water systems.
