Joe Biden promised to accomplish something that Democrats and everyday Americans have wanted for a long time -- a $15 living wage.

And now that he's president, with a Democratic Congress, activists want to make sure he delivers.

"To have it this close on the doorstep, they need to get it done," Terrence Wise, a national leader of Fight for 15, recently told the Los Angeles Times. "They need to feel the pressure."
