Gender Pay Gap Reporting: Let's make it mandatory again

We responded to the Women and Equalities Select Committee Report which highlighted the need to reinforce mandatory gender pay gap reporting of large businesses. Together with leading equalities charities, campaigners and business groups, we called for the reinstatement of enforcement on large employers to report their gender pay gap.

And we need your help to make some noise about it. Can you write to your MP and ask them to support our this important issue?

Equal Pay

It's been a really important week for Equal Pay. This week we were supporting Becky and Julia who gave evidence in their case fighting for equal pay. Thank you to everyone who shared messages of good luck - we know they had the full strength of Fawcett solidarity behind them. And we announced our latest partnership for the Equal Pay Advice Service. We are partnering with Leigh Day, a reputable firm with significant experience of equal pay claims, to support women suspect they are being discriminated against. Learn more about the service now.
