A 73-year-old woman was the victim of an armed home invasion sometime after midnight last Saturday. Two masked men broke into the home and demanded money. For some reason, after the money demand, one of them shot the woman.
A birthday party was happening in the basement of a West Side, Chicago apartment. About 2:00 AM, an argument started between one of those in the basement and someone outside in the yard.
On a Sunday morning earlier this month, a Tennessee. man and his wife were awakened by their chickens making noise outside their home. Stepping outside he saw his neighbor’s dog chasing his chickens. He then fired a pistol into the ground three times.
Around 2:45 AM, a homeowner is awakened by a loud banging on his front door. He picked up his handgun and soon found a 23-year-old man in his home. It was obvious from the condition of the door frame that he had broken into the home through the front door.
