Senator Lindsey Graham is throwing threats against Vice President Kamala Harris as apparent retaliation for Democrats opening an impeachment trial against Trump.

After voting to acquit, Graham said "I don't know how [Vice President] Harris doesn't get impeached if the Republicans take over the House because she actually bailed out rioters, and one of the rioters went back to the streets and broke somebody's head open.”

Graham is referring to the fact that Harris encouraged donations to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, a bail reform organization that helped pay bail for arrested protestors.

We don't think racial justice protestors should be compared to Trump's white supremacist mob or buy into the common Republican lie that Harris, not Trump, is a “true” inciter of violence. But we cannot stand by while our vice president is subject to racist slander, especially when Republicans hope to use that slander to impeach. Please, tell us now:
