Fellow American,

This is outrageous! Out-of-touch billionaire Bill Gates recently did an interview in which he admitted that he wants to do away with beef in the United States.

I can’t make this stuff up. Look at this headline!

Gates wants the United States and other “rich nations” to switch to 100% synthetic beef. He even claimed, “You can get used to the taste difference...”

He didn’t mention how our Nebraska cattle ranchers are supposed to “get used to” having their industry decimated.

My constituents know how hard I’ve fought for our agricultural producers and workers — especially our cattle industry. Our livestock industry is worth more than $12 BILLION each year alone, and one in four Nebraska jobs is related to agriculture.

I will always fight hard for our cattle ranchers and all our ag workers, and every single American’s right to sit down to a delicious steak dinner.
