The pandemic has left families across the country struggling to afford basic necessities like toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and food. But the aftermath of Winter storm Uri has left families even more vulnerable — many are without heat, drinkable water, shelter, food, and other basic necessities.

This is especially true for folks in Texas.
