The Resource Center gives you easy access to important announcements regarding site maintenance and support, information on new and updated features, as well as help documentation and training resources.
If you haven’t looked at the Resource Center yet, you may see a notification the next time you log into NGP - or you may already have seen it this week.
Look for the Resource Center icon in the bottom right corner of your home page. Whenever something new is posted, you’ll see a blue badge. Simply click on the icon to open the Resource Center and read your notification.
The Resource Center includes:
-Service Announcements: Stay up-to-date on any site maintenance and service-related announcements and company news
-Product Updates: Get the latest information on new products or features and improvements
-Innovation in Action: Guides for success using our tools and stories of client innovation
-Help & Training: Find the answers you need in our Help Center and other training resources
If you do not see the Resource Center “i” icon, you may need to update your browser settings to remove ad blockers for NGP. You might also be missing updates from us in Online Actions and Targeted Email, so be sure to remove the ad blocker for actions.ngpvan.com and email.ngpvan.com as well.
