swept many of these policies away via executive order in the first days
of his presidency.

Now, we’re seeing a dangerous surge in encounters
at the border, at a time when our CBP and ICE facilities are operating
at limited capacity due to the pandemic.

Joe Biden is putting
politics ahead of national security. It’s wrong and inexcusable.

We
stand ready to work with the Democrats to find common ground on
homeland security issues to protect the American people. But we cannot
