Connecticut Democratic Party's Women's Caucus is proud to
announce our virtual When Black Women Lead Panel Discussion
taking place on Tuesday, February 23rd at 7:00 p.m. ET.

This panel discussion will feature Congresswoman Jahana Hayes,
former New Haven Mayor Toni Harp, and Groton Councilwoman Juliette Parker. Join us
