Hello there, have you seen Mitch McConnell's spine?

We're not sure whether he has one. The Senate Republican leader did speak up to make clear that "there's no question -- none -- that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking" the Capitol insurrection.

But, uh, that's the same guy who voted to acquit Trump of provoking the Capitol insurrection, right?

Oh, and he did that because the ex-president was already out of office -- even though he refused to hold the trial while he was still in office, right?

We are confused.
