EMET is Hiring:
Director of Communications & Office Manager

The Endowment for Middle East Truth is seeking a Director of Communications and Office Manager ([link removed]) who can manage company operations, marketing efforts, and support the foreign policy research team.

R
esponsibilities for this position include:

- Support organization’s operations by maintaining and managing office systems
- Manage the organization’s donor database via Salesforce, including sending timely acknowledgement letters to donors
- Maintain the organization’s email list serve and email campaigns via Mailchimp
- Maintain and regularly update EMET’s website on WordPress (Emetonline.org)
- Coordinate marketing for and run weekly EMET webinars via Zoom
- Manage all activities and duties of interns; train, interview, and assist in hiring process of interns
- Create and design brochures, graphics, and other promotional materials for EMET, as needed
- Assist with editing and fact-checking documents written by EMET staff, including published articles and materials for use on Capitol Hill, as needed
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks for the organization & the founder and president, as needed
- Assist with planning and organizing EMET fundraising events including GivingTuesday and our annual Rays of Lights in the Darkness gala

This opportunity is a full-time position. All positions with EMET are currently remote.
