The Actors Fund

Dear Actors Fund Friends,

First and foremost, we hope you are safe and well, especially if you
live in a region that has been affected by extreme weather this week.

Such difficult circumstances can understandably increase anxiety in
the already stressful state of the world, and we hope you're
able to find time to take care of yourselves as best you can. If
you're in the performing arts community, we welcome you to join
our free Mindfulness Meditation with The Actors Fund session each week
day at 12 pm ET. We also offer numerous support groups

that may be of interest to those in the entertainment industry.

We hope you enjoy this week's offerings of virtual events and
benefits, and we thank you for continuing to be a part of The Actors
Fund community.
