As millions of Texans remain without power, many are wondering if renewable energy sources are to blame for the crisis that has killed at least 47 people. Not surprisingly, many on the Left and the main stream media are quick to defend green energy. But energy experts say renewable energy is fundamentally a less reliable source than traditional sources such as coal and natural gas and are blaming it for the massive power outages that have crippled the state.

In parts of Texas where Texas are not dealing with crippling cold temperatures and power outages, many are dealing with gas stations that have no gas. They also have long lines of stations that do have gas. Many are reminded of the 1970s Carter-era oil crisis that forced Americans to sit through gas lines or deal with an odd even gas rationing system.

Big Tech gets into censorship tussle with our friends down under. Facebook announced on this week it will ban Australian media outlets and censor users within the country from sharing or viewing news articles on its service. The move comes in response to a potential Australian law that would force Google and Facebook to pay news publishers for their content.
