Time is running out to register for the 2021 Virtual Legislative Conference happening THIS WEEKEND, February 20 - 23!
Even though this year’s conference will be virtual, you will still have an opportunity to meet with your members of Congress and your fellow AFGE members to Unite, Mobilize, and Act!
This year you will have the opportunity to attend Conference Workshops to learn more about key legislative, grassroots mobilization and collective bargaining issues, as well as information and updates you will need to have when working with a new Congress and administration.
There will also be a new workshop specifically for D.C. government workers!
In addition to these workshops you will be able to register for a variety of sessions ranging from communications training sessions, your district and council meetings, and a Civil Rights Panel and Augusta Y. Thomas Award presentation hosted by the Women’s and Fair Practices Departments.
You will be mailed an AFGE 2021 Legislative Conference t-shirt. Given that the conference is quickly approaching your t-shirt will arrive after the conference.
