Since the Citizens United Supreme Court ruling 11 years ago, the ultra-wealthy and special interests have bought control of our election outcomes — flooding races with millions of dollars and making it difficult for even the most qualified candidates to compete.
Friends, our elections should be determined by voters — plain and simple.
