Hotels in central Texas are price gouging their rooms while thousands are freezing without electricity, pipes have burst and destroyed countless homes, and folks are sleeping in their cars. Texans are quite literally being left out in the cold.
If you want to access a shelter, use a food bank, or check into an overpriced hotel: you need to have an ID.
