Lisa Anderson | Director of Young Adults

I hope you all had a good Valentine’s Day. I celebrated with two friends and Hawaiian pizza (yes, it’s the best — fight me). As you read this, I’m at the Mayo Clinic with one of my besties as she goes through two days of appointments to see if she qualifies to be a kidney donor for my sister. I would sure appreciate your prayers, not only for good appointments and wisdom in the process, but for my fears around the future of my sister’s and my friend’s health. God has it all in His hands, of course, but the devil wants me to fret and grasp for control. I don’t want to give him the satisfaction. It’s such a battle! To that point: What are you trusting God for today?
