Three years ago, seventeen young lives were tragically lost in Parkland, Florida. This past weekend, Josh remembered them and so many others we’ve lost to the scourge of gun violence. He reminded us of a simple truth: it’s time we take action in the fight for gun control.
Parkland should never have happened — nor Sandy Hook, Las Vegas, or Columbine. We have the power to prevent attacks like these from happening ever again. We must act.
The devastation and destruction caused by people who abuse the second amendment is too great. We may never understand the loss or despair felt by victims of gun violence, but we must stand with them and demand better. We cannot forget these egregious acts of violence.
After the attack on the Capitol last month, Josh is more dedicated than ever to passing gun control laws that will save millions of young lives.
