The For The People Act expands access to the ballot, makes it easier to register to vote, protects voting rights, prevents racist and partisan gerrymandering, strengthens ethics rules to stop corruption, and limits the influence of Big Money in politics.
We fought hard – and successfully – to get this transformative legislation to the very top of the majorities’ policy agenda in both the House and Senate, and we have our best chance ever to pass these urgently needed, democracy-strengthening reforms!
Now we need to shore up the votes! Our efforts over these next few weeks will make or break our ability to pass and enact the For the People Act, and the Far Right is busy mobilizing against us. So your help is needed now.
