Friend,

In the midst of the worst public health crisis we've faced in over a century, meaningful access to quality, affordable health care has never been more important. Thankfully, Democratic Attorneys General are fighting to protect health care in every corner of the country.

For months, Dem AGs have been out in full force, state by state, moving on the offensive to safeguard the Affordable Care Act and the lives and communities they swore to protect.

They've taken their fight to protect the ACA to the Supreme Court, hosted community calls to elevate the voices of impacted constituents, and teamed up with powerhouses like First Lady Jill Biden and Speaker Nancy Pelosi - all to make the case that the ACA is a non-negotiable pillar of our public health.

So while Republican AGs have doubled down on trying to strip away our care, our Dem AGs are laser-focused on protecting it, and you can support their urgent work by chipping in right now.

Saving the ACA isn't some abstract political fight. It's the key to survival for nearly 130 million people with pre-existing conditions, the 17 million who are enrolled in Medicaid expansion, and the 800,000 people with opioid use disorders who need treatment.

The ACA is the difference between medical bankruptcy for some, and a steady, healthy recovery for others. It's a lifeline for millions of people with pre-existing conditions, and it's something worth fighting for.

Dem AGs are the watchdogs of justice in their states - and upholding health care as a human right is an essential part of their work. Show your support for Dem AGs, and chip in what you can now:
