This webinar will discuss the current status of Temporary Protected Status (TPS), including an update on the lawsuits challenging the Trump administration's attempted termination of TPS for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Sudan and what to expect with TPS under the Biden administration. It will also provide an overview of legal options for TPS recipients and the impact of travel on Advance Parole.
