Should your church have to follow stricter COVID guidelines than secular businesses?

Not according to the First Amendment. But, unfortunately, some state officials—like those in California—are still trying to force churches to follow stricter rules.

Thankfully, the U.S. Supreme Court recently lifted California’s unconstitutional ban on indoor religious services.
