• LR 2CA, a constitutional amendment to legalize recreational marijuana
• LB 546, a measure to create the state framework for the commercial sale of marijuana

Reasonable voices need to be heard and on the record in the face of this push for the commercialization of high-potency marijuana in Nebraska. It is expected that in-person testimony will be limited for both hearings on Friday.
