The 2020 election was defined by fights against GOP voter suppression like the one Stacey Abrams waged in Georgia.

Now, Democrats in Congress are trying to outlaw the tactics that made Abrams have to fight so hard in the first place. According to Abrams herself, “The agenda to restore democracy also includes passing the For the People Act to protect and expand voting rights, fight gerrymandering and reduce the influence of money in politics.”

The For The People Act is a sweeping set of bills that would reform our elections and safeguard our democracy. The voter roll purges that cost Abrams her 2018 governor's race would be illegal. Partisan gerrymandering would be prohibited. And automatic voter registration would be the law of the land, aiding in Abrams' admirable push to register long-forgotten voters.

Democrats in the House and Senate have made this bill a top priority, but it's still going to face an uphill battle to make it to Biden's desk. That's why we're asking for your input today:
